Taalentfy is a platform that manages, develops and selects talent for companies as well as helping candidates improve their skills. Thanks to its artificial intelligence and machine learning system that builds the profile through user´s competencies, companies can assess candidates for their skills beyond their professional experience. In addition to this, it makes useful recommendations and helps in making decisions on hiring, promoting, retraining or in the development of workers. What´s more, Taalentfy is a technological project developed by the so-called company Knowledgefy Technologies.
